About Counselling
My counselling room provides a comfortable and private setting for our meetings. Initially you can tell me about your concerns and we can discuss how we might work together.In ongoing sessions we look at the destructive patterns in your relationship that cause distress. Our aim is to move beyond these old patterns and to help you connect in more satisfying ways.
Taking steps to improve your connection with your partner can be profound. It's never too early!
Counselling sessions are weekly and early on I also see each partner individually to help assess the way forward.
