About Me
I gained a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling in 2002. Psychodynamic counselling looks at how past experiences influence current thoughts, feelings and behaviour.I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and I am a UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor.
I have also completed an Advanced Diploma in Relational Couples Therapy.
I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy which includes provisions on the importance of respecting client confidentiality.
I am inspired by the potential for growth and happiness in rewarding relationships and working with couples is my main focus.
